Booking Terms & Conditions

Your wedding date is only confirmed when the deposit is paid on the day of your trial. If you  would like to reserve the date anyway your welcome to do this before the Trial which is non-refundable

Clients responsibility

It is the Client’s responsibility to inform me of any potential issues such as, but not limited, to medical conditions, allergies, and/or sensitivities. I cannot be held liable for any condition that arises, or loss incurred by the Client if the Client has not informed the Me and/or a Team member of any known conditions as stated above, or of any conditions unknown to the Client at the time of the service.

I reserve the right to cancel the Agreement if the behaviour of the Client is deemed inappropriate and/or if the Client reports a condition that I deem as a risk to the Client’s health and wellbeing. In these cases any payments that have already been made by the Client for the service are nonrefundable.

My Responsibility

I will always endeavour to honour the Agreement to the best of my ability.

There may be circumstances beyond my control where I may be unwell, delayed or otherwise unavailable, sometimes at short notice. In such a case I will inform the Client at the earliest convenience and endeavour to make favourable alternative arrangements if possible.

Photography and use of images

Photographic/video images of the Client, Party and/or Event will not be used by the Company in promotional material unless the Client’s express permission has been granted.
